This project was a UI/UX designed article configured for an iPad. The article discusses the science behind fungi and how they interact with the world around them. The style derives from heavily contrasted comics, giving a fun and exciting insight for the user before they start to read. The color choices come from the perception of where fungi grows, like in dead areas of a forest or mushrooms in general having colors that are muted (some species vary). Since this focuses more on dark fungi, I thought incorporating a deep contrasted violet would suit the article for standing out more to its audience.
